Earnings are modelled, not measured: €8–€25 an hour (assumed effective hourly profit after fees and stock cost — highly variable) × your hours × 50–90% of those hours paid in the first months. Check local prices before you set yours.
Look up sold prices for 10 things in your own home in one category. Learn what sells.
- Pick one category you know
- Check sold (not asking) prices for 20 items in it
- Buy five items under that price and list them
To start: €50–€300 — first stock, packaging.
Monthly: €10–€50 — platform fees, postage supplies.
- Consumer law applies to traders: accurate descriptions, and online buyers from traders have cancellation rights.
- Dead stock ties up cash.
- Counterfeits — never resell branded goods you cannot authenticate.
Selling your own used belongings is not trading; buying to resell regularly is, and the profit is taxable.
