1In short
- Cancel a subscription at any time; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for and are not charged again.
- Charged by mistake, or something did not work? Email us within 14 days and we will put it right — usually with a full refund.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with, normally within 5–10 working days.
2Your 14-day cancellation right
EU consumer law gives you 14 days to cancel most online purchases. For digital content and services delivered straight away — a report, an unlocked tool, access to a paid plan — that right ends once delivery starts, if you agreed to immediate delivery at checkout.
We go further than that. If you email us within 14 days of a payment and you have not substantially used what you bought, we refund it in full.
3Subscriptions
You can cancel from your account or the billing link in your receipt, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal. We do not refund part-used periods, except where a renewal charge was taken and you tell us within 14 days that you did not mean to renew and have not used the service since.
4If something goes wrong
If a purchase does not work as described — a report fails to generate, access is not unlocked, or the result is plainly broken — tell us. We will fix it or refund it, whenever you bought it.
